Get off the mat and into the awe-inspiring surrounding area with Wanderlust signature outdoor expeditions. To learn more about dates, times, and meeting locations or to register for any of the following expeditions, click here. Some expedition programs require additonal payment. You must have a Wanderlust Sage, Seeker or Pilgram pass to participate, and you will sign up using the scheduler first to ensure that space is available, and then purchase tickets within 36 hours.

Picture an afternoon drifting away on the refreshing waters of the Truckee! Namaste Rafting Adventures provides a fluid experience on a gorgeous river with an opportunity to view the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountain range. Play in swimming holes, paddle through rapids, be serenaded by musicians interspersed throughout the group, and connect with Kathryn Budig, a yogini that knows the meaning of flow. This section of the river is suited for all levels. The rafts will be launched for an enjoyable 2.5 – 3 hours on the water.North Shore Single Track Mountain Bike Ride

Explore Tahoe's incredible scenery as you travel through forested settings, past alpine meadows and along backcountry streams. Departing from the festival site, this 10-12 mile guided expedition includes front suspension mountain bikes, helmets, instruction, knowledgeable guides, snacks and bottled water. The ride allows for many different loop options. You will start easier and progress to longer loops with more climbing throughout the ride. Your climbing will be rewarded with excellent single track downhills and awesome views from the top. This expedition is suitable for advanced, beginner and intermediate mountain bikers. Ride on!

Breath, movement, and intimate connection to the rhythms of nature will awaken a whole new relationship with rocks, trees, raw earth and the elements of life around you...Revealing mother nature as an inspiring yoga playmate!Note: Bring your adventurous spirit and love for nature. All levels are welcome. Yoga mats not needed.
