| Liftline Lodge Stay in the heart of the resort, within walking distance of the Village. The Liftline is clean, comfortable and as basic as lodging gets -- it's also the most economical option for those who want to stay on site. All rooms feature a private bath and cable TV. The Lodge offers a coin operated washer/dryer. A small outdoor Russian spa is offered year round and a heated outdoor pool is offered for the summer season. The lived-in atmosphere found at the unassuming lodge makes it a favorite for young adults and those looking for exceptional value. Air conditioning is not available in all rooms in the summer months.

| Obertal Obertal condos are great for couples or small families. These condos are 1 bedroom or 1 bedroom plus a loft. They were built in 1983 giving them a lived-in cozy atmosphere. Vantage Point Villas Nestled in a wooded area, Vantage Point condos have just recently been renovated. They were built from 1982-1983. The sun-warmed southern exposure helps provide a warm cozy feeling when staying at Vantage Point. Condos have two-bedrooms and two-bathrooms, making it a perfect place for small families or groups. You may also enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with TV.

Crown Point Crown Point condos were built between 1985-1987. These Valleyside units are known to be great for privacy, which is what some families and small groups look for. All condos have extra cots available, as well as a balcony/sun deck and a full kitchen.

Village Watch and Mountain Watch Village Watch and Mountain Watch were built from 1985-1987 and is just a short walk to the lifts. Staying at this slopeside property is an ideal location, and convenient to the slopes. Landmark Landmark is located in the heart of the Village Square and right next to the Main Base Lodge. Various-sized condos are available, which were re-renovated between 2003-2004. While staying at the Landmark, you will have a private parking deck directly in front of the Main Base Lodge. All condos have air conditioning and Cable TV.

Founders Lodge Founders Lodge is one of the newest properties at Stratton, with the first phase completed in 2006. The Lodge has a private heated parking garage that is yours to use as a guest. All units have a fully equipped U-shaped island style kitchen, high-speed internet access and a washer/dryer.

Rising Bear Rising Bear houses larger units, which are ideal for bigger families or groups who want a spacious atmosphere or some privacy. The condos were completed in 2004 to feature a breakfast bar style kitchen, dining room and living room. A waser/dryer unit is included, as well as cable TV.

Stratton Springs Stratton Springs condos are approximately 2,300 square feet, making it an ideal place for those staying in groups. The three-level floor plan creates a spacious environment, with the bedrooms on the top floor and a full kitchen and dining room on the floor below. They also have a private parking garage for one vehicle.

Treetop Tree Top condos are spacious townhomes with three floors. Newly built from 2003-2006, these spaces have a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and washer/dryer. Each Tree Top townhome has its own private outside hot tub and a covered porch. There is enough space for two vehicles max and all homes are outfitted with centralized air conditioning.
